Free Shipping
chucksbootsandleathers.com offers FREE UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping with tracking capabilities on ALL products storewide. Our FREE shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States with any order over $50. We use these shipping methods so that you can know your tracking and delivery confirmation to your home or business at no extra charge.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. The FREE shipping offer does not apply to these shipments. Customers will be invoiced for shipping charges seperately through Google Checkout before the product is shipped. If you have any questions regarding shipping fees to Alaska and Hawaii please e-mail chucksboots@kc.rr.com or call our toll-free number and we will provide the information you request.
chucksbootsandleathers.com staff are proud to support our military service members and their families overseas as well. These APO/FPO orders require the USPS shipping option and are not eligible for the Free Shipping offer. Tracking is not possible in transit on these shipments and our customers should expect an additional 7-14 days for the order to arrive at your location.
Please note that UPS & FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes and does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns and/or exchanges.

ExpressShipping
ExpressExpress shipping orders must be placed before 9am CST and are processed during business days only (Monday-Friday). Remember, this speeds up shipping time only and does not include processing time. Please call our toll-free number or email us at chucksboots@kc.rr.com if you have a question as to the availability of the product you are ordering and when it would be shipped out. Customers with Express Shipping orders will be invoiced through Google Checkout for the shipping charges.
International Orders
chucksbootsandleathers.com does ship internationally with USPS Priority Mail International. Customers can simply call our toll-free number or e-mail us at chucksboots@kc.rr.com to get approximate shipping fees for their orders and then we will invoice the customer through Google Checkout for the shipping charges before the product is shipped. Please allow an additional 5-10 days for international shipping delivery.

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate the shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Delivery times may vary based on the item purchased. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out, regardless of the shipping option chosen. Standard ground orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process. We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times.
chucksbootsandleathers.com processes orders Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00 pm. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Request
Now that your order has been received we are processing your order including packing and depositing your shipment with our shipping carrier. Tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as it becomes available to us. You will not receive tracking information on weekends or holidays as we do not ship on those days.
Returns&Exchanges
We require all footwear is tried on at home on carpet, to ensure a proper fit, and prevent any outsole wear. If your boots do not fit and you want to return them you have two options: For a speedy exchange, you can reorder online or by phone the new size of boots that you need, and return the unworn pair of boots to our return mail order address on the home page of our site with a note stating you have ordered another size, and would like a credit put back on your card. OR you can just simply send the boots back with a note explaining the type of exchange you'd like done, and we'll reorder the new boots when we receive the boots being returned. |
